Wayne has a carpet cleaning business and we know a lot of them do the Bait and Switch thing too. Don't ever buy from them! Wayne almost always have to explain to new customers why we are so much more than the other guy who only charges $4.95 a room! grrrr Those companies are usually way more expensive in the end and they and on top of it, many do inferior work.
